Mission Statement

To provide the student-athlete with the opportunity to learn the valuable lessons inherent in athletics:

Commitment, citizenship, accountability and sportsmanship.

Throughout the 2008 football season, the Hobbs Eagles are determined to be successful.  We exemplify hard work, dedication and the will to win. We will strive for perfection on and off the field. We will aim for success in everything we do. Nothing will stop us from giving our all to the TEAM!

 

Program Goals

I. Provide an atmosphere that is conducive to developing athletic skills, enhancing the learning process and building friendships.

II. Allow the players the opportunity to cultivate the values intrinsic in football: self-discipline, physical toughness, a strong work ethic and perseverance.

III. Promote an environment that encourages sportsmanship, respect for teammates and self-improvement.

IV. Field competitive programs at all levels of the football program.
